Qualification Details GHC Recruitment 2021:
Stenographer Grade-II:
- Graduate with Diploma/Certificate in Stenographer/Shorthand and must have adequate knowledge of the official language (Assamese) of the State of Assam.
- The candidate must possess an Employment exchange registration number for the state of Assam.
Stenographer Grade-III:
- H.S passed with Diploma/Certificate in Stenographer/Shorthand and must have adequate knowledge of the official language (Assamese) of the State of Assam.
- The candidate must possess an Employment exchange registration number for the state of Assam.
LDA, Copyist:
- Graduate with minimum 3 months Computer Certificate.
- The candidate must possess an Employment exchange registration number for the state of Assam.
Computer Assistant:
- A Candidate must possess a Bachelors’s Degree from a recognized University. He/she shall possess a diploma/certificate in computer operation The candidate must be well versed in execution of works such as data entry and DTP works, basic hardware maintenance including installation of various devices like printers, scanners, etc., setting up and configuring LAN, Using utilities, application software, web designing, and web-based application software and Web-based applications of computers.
Salary Details GHC Recruitment 2021:
- Stenographer Grade-II: Rs. 22,000-97,000, + GP-9,700/-
- Stenographer Grade-III: Rs. 14,000-60,500, + GP-7,400/-
- LDA, Copyist: Rs. 14,000-60,500, + GP-6,200/-
- Computer Assistant: Rs. 14,000-60,500, + GP-6,200/-
Age Limit: 18 to 50 yrs
Application Fee:
- SC/STP/STH: Rs. 150/-
- All Others: Rs. 300/-
