Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
Special Educators in Lower Primary (LP):
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education), recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India-RCI.
The candidate must have the ATET/CTET passed certificate for LP Schools.
Special Educators in Upper Primary (UP):
Graduate with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. (Special Education), recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India-RCI.
The candidate must have the ATET/CTET passed certificate for LP Schools.

Register Online:
Click the “Apply Online” link under the Special Educator Recruitment section (active from August 28, 2025).
Select “New Registration” and enter your name, email ID, mobile number, Aadhaar number (optional), and other details to generate a Registration ID and password.
Note down the Registration ID and password for future logins.
Fill the Application Form:
Log in using your Registration ID and password.
Select the post (Lower Primary or Upper Primary Special Educator).
Enter personal details (e.g., name, date of birth, address), educational qualifications (e.g., 12th, D.El.Ed, B.Ed, ATET/CTET details), and category (UR/SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/EWS).
Provide Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) details.
Choose the exam center, if applicable (e.g., Guwahati, Dibrugarh), for document verification or interviews.
Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies in the specified format:
D.El.Ed or B.Ed (Special Education) certificate (PDF/JPEG, 100–200 KB)
ATET/CTET certificate (Paper-I for Lower Primary, Paper-II for Upper Primary)
