Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of Assam.
- The applicant should have a scheduled commercial bank account opened before 31st December 2023.
- The applicant should possess skills, experiences, knowledge, etc., to undertake income-generating activities.
- The applicant should have not defaulted on any loan taken from a cooperative and Nationalized Bank in the past.
- Not more than one member from any family shall be eligible for availing benefits under this scheme.
- The applicant must have valid registration in the Employment Exchange.
Qualification:
Minimum qualification Class X Pass for general category (For candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC: up to class X) ITI, Polytechnic, Diploma in other Technical Courses, Post Graduates Degree Holders in Professional courses like Engineering, MBBS, BDS, Veterinary, Fisheries, Agriculture, CA, etc.
Age Limit:
The age of the applicant should be within the age range of 28 to 45 years as of 1st April 2024.

HOW TO APPLY:
Eligible and interested candidates may apply online through the official portal. Before applying please read the official Notification.
- To apply for “Chief Minister’s Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan 2.0” new applicants must sign up on CMAAA Portal by providing their name, mobile number, and email ID.
- Applicants who already signed up for CMAAA 1.0 and who are not beneficiaries of CMAAA 1.0 need not sign up again and can log in using their old credentials.
- Once logged in, the applicant needs to fill up all the necessary fields including permanent address, business details, etc. in the registration form under the CMAAA 2.0 tab.
- Applicant needs to make an online payment of Rs.200 for General Category (Rs.100 for SC/ST/OBC Category) at the time of submission of registration form.
- After successful submission, an acknowledgment slip will be generated along with a reference number. An SMS and Email are being sent to the applicant.
