Qualification and Experience:

Senior Consultant (Audit):

  • Graduate in commerce from any recognized university
  • At least in the rank of a senior financial adviser and above of Govt. of Assam or minimum 15 years of experience in senior grade position in any Govt. dept./undertaking.

Officer In-charge (Pre-Primary & Early Child Care Education):

  • Post Graduate Degree in Child Development/Psychology/ Developmental Psychology or Education from any recognized university
  • Degree/ Diploma in Pre-Primary Education from any recognized university or reputed national-level organization.
  • At least 5 years experience in relating to child development in Govt. Institution, Govt. recognized Society, Govt. Recognized Higher Education Institution, Reputed Research Organization.
  • Candidate must have proficiency in the use of ICT for educational purposes.

Officer In-charge (Vocational Education-VE):

  • M.A./ M.Sc. /M.Com from any recognized university.
  • B.Ed from any recognized university.
  • At least 5 years experience in vocational education/Skill education in Govt. Institution, Govt. recognized Society, Govt. Recognized Higher Education Institution, Reputed Research Organization.
  • Candidate must have proficiency in the use of ICT for educational purposes.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having B. Voc. qualifications from a recognized institution.

Quality Expert – Mathematics (Teachers Training):

  • Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics from any recognized university
  • B.Ed from any recognized university.
  • At least 5 years of teaching experience in Govt. Institution, Govt. recognized Society, Govt. Recognized Higher Education Institution, Reputed Research Organization in the area of Mathematics.
  • Candidate must have proficiency in the use of ICT for educational purposes.

Quality Expert – Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) (Teachers Training):

  • Post Graduate Degree in Arts/ Science from any recognized university.
  • B.Ed. from any recognized university
  • At least 5 years of teaching experience in Govt. Institution, Govt. recognized Society, Govt. Recognized Higher Education Institution, Reputed Research Organisation.
  • Candidate must have proficiency in the use of ICT for educational purposes.
  • Preference will be given to the candidates having a Degree/Diploma in Pre-Primary Education from Govt. recognized institutions/organizations.

Community Expert (Community Mobilisation):

  • Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/ Sociology from any recognized university.
  • Diploma in Community Mobilisation- Desirable
  • At least 5 years experience in the areas of community mobilization in Govt. Institution, Govt. recognized Society, Govt. Recognized Higher Education Institution, Reputed Research Organization
  • Candidate must have proficiency in the use of ICT for educational purposes.

Equity Officer Incharge (Girls Education, Residential School, and Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya):

  • Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from any recognized university
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management in Govt. Institution, Govt. recognized Society, Govt. Recognized Higher Education Institution, Reputed Research Organization.
  • Candidate must have proficiency in the use of ICT for educational purposes.

Expert (Consultant, Planning):

  • Master’s Degree in any discipline/MBA with minimum 55% marks (50% in case of ST/SC Candidates) from a UGC recognized University
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience at District or State Level Position in any Government Department, Society, University, College, or reputed Research Organization.
  • Complete proficiency in MS OFFICE, especially in MS Excel &PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Educational Consultant in any reputed Organization/Society.
  • Experience in preparing project proposals related to Education, such as the establishment of educational institutions, proposals for creating amenities/facilities for students, teachers, and educational institutions, and proposals for fundraising, etc.

Consultant (MIS):

  • 1st Class BE/B. Tech in Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology or 1st Class MCA from Institutions recognized by AICTE and recognized universities.
  • Minimum 03 (three) years of mobile app development experience in Android
  • Essential skill set: Java/ Kotlin/ C# and Oracle / Microsoft SQL Server/ MongoDB/ PostgreSQL/MySQL
  • Desirable skill set: Python/ React Native / Flutter / Xamarin

Senior Auditor:

  • Graduate in commerce from any recognized university with a minimum of 15 years of working experience in Accounts related works of Govt. Deptt./Undertaking/Public Sector Organization/ Reputed Private Organization.
  • Must be Computer Literate

Internal Auditor:

  • Graduate in commerce from any recognized university with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in Accounts related works of Govt. Deptt./Undertaking/Public Sector Organization/ Reputed Private Organization.
  • Must be Computer Literate

Project Engineer:

  • BE (Civil) Engineering /Architect Engineering from Institutions recognized by AICTE and recognized universities with minimum 03 years of working experience in Govt. Deptt / Organization /Pvt. Reputed Agencies/Firm etc.
  • Having experience in building design preparation, drawing, and estimate
  • Candidates having experience in Auto Cad will be an added qualification.
  • Must be Computer Literate with proficiency in MS Office.

Accounts Officer:

  • Graduate in Commerce from any recognized university with a minimum of 05 years of relevant experience under Government/Semi-Government/ Government Bodies/PSUs/ Large Private institutes/organizations.
  • Must be Computer Literate

Associate Officer Research:

  • Post Graduate Degree in Education/ Sociology/Geography/ History from any Govt. recognized university.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Research Institutions/ Organizations
  • Experience working in the area of Educational Research, in Govt. Institution, Govt. recognized Society, Govt. Recognized Higher Education Institution, Reputed Research Organization
  • Candidates must have proficiency in the use of ICT for educational purposes, especially data analysis.
  • Preference will be given to the candidates having publication of research papers in national/ international research journal

Associate Officer (P&M):

  • Master’s Degree in English/Master with Social Science/Master in Business Administration from any recognized university
  • Candidate must have proficiency in MS Office (Well versed in MS Excel & MS Word.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Research Institutions, Organizations
  • Experience working in the area of Research, Evaluation, Programme Implementation, Community Participation, and Monitoring in Govt. Institution, Govt. recognized Society, Govt. Recognized Higher Education Institution, Reputed Research Organization

Associate Officer (Equity):

  • Master’s Degree in Arts /Master’s Degree in Science / Master in Business Administration from a recognized university.

Age Limit:

The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as of 01-01-2023.
