Details of DC Goalpara Recruitment 2023:

Eligibility Criteria:

• The applicant should be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of the area in respect of which he/she seeks an appointment
• The applicant should be a minimum of 30 (thirty) years of age as on 01.01.2023
• The applicant should be a minimum 10th pass from a Board / Institution recognized by the State Government.
• The applicant should be physically fit and of sound mind.
• The applicant should not have been declared insolvent or defaulter in payment of Govt. dues. In this regard, candidates should submit Bakijai Clearance Certificate, House Tax Clearance Certificate & Land revenue payment receipt from the concerned authorities.
• The applicant should not be a Government employee.
• The applicant should have landed property / immovable property in his / her name in the area in which he /she intends to be appointed as Gaon Pradhan.
• The applicant should not be a member of any Political party.
• The applicant should have a high status and command and have a respectable position in society.
• The applicant should have worked/volunteered for the advancement of Government policies and programs and rendered assistance in natural calamities.
• The applicant should not have more than 02 (two) living children from single or multiple parents provided that this provision should not be applicable in respect of those candidates who have more than 02 (two) children prior to the date of coming into force of the Govt. Notification No. RLR.187/2007/Pt/24 Dated 19.07.2019 was published in the Assam Gazette on 02.08.2019, hence the effect of the Notification is 02.08.2019.
• The applicant should furnish an affidavit at the time of submission of the application declaring that he/she has not more than 02 (two) living children from single or multiple parents.

HOW TO APPLY:

The application should be submitted in the Standard Form as published in the Assam Gazette in Part-IX in a sealed envelope addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Goalpara, and should be submitted in the RKG Branch, office of the Deputy Commissioner, Goalpara. The application should be sent either through post or to be delivered by hand in the drop box kept for the purpose in the respective Revenue Circle Office, Goalpara. Post applied for shall be superscripted on the sealed envelope.

• The applicants must submit self-attested copies of their education qualification (minimum HSLC Mark sheet & Pass Certificate, HSLC Admit Card / Birth Certificate, etc.) along with the application form and 03 (three) copies of Self Attested Recent Coloured Passport Size Photographs (one of which should be pasted on the Application Form.
• The applicant shall furnish their Mobile Number, WhatsApp number, and mail ID (if any) on the Application Form for smooth communication of information relating to the conduct of the examination.
• The applicant must submit Bakijai Clearance Certificate.
• The applicants must submit proof of documents of permanent residence in which he /she wants to apply for the post of Gaon Pradhan.
• The applicant must submit proof of documents of landed property / immovable property in his / her name in the area in which he /she intends to be appointed as Gaon Pradhan.
• The applicant must submit details of Family members (Name, Age, Date of Birth, relationship with the applicant, etc.) in the form of an affidavit. Photocopy of birth certificates of the children needs to be enclosed.
• The applicant may submit proof of documents/certificates, if any, regarding rendering service in social empowerment or assistance in natural calamities, etc.
