Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • State Project Manager (Financial Inclusion):
    • Post-Graduate Degree
    • 7+ years post-qualification experience in the social/community development sector, out of which at least 2 Years should be in the relevant domain, like Social Mobilisation, Institution Building & Capacity Building, Financial Inclusion, Livelihoods, Skills & placement, etc.
  • Project Manager (Knowledge Management & Communication):
    • Post-Graduate Degree
    • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in the social/community development sector, out of which 1 year should be in knowledge management & communication.
  • Accounts Assistant:
    • Post-Graduate Degree in Commerce with knowledge of computer applications and Tally
    • Experience in accounts/finance of 2+ years post qualification in the relevant government/private sector.
  • District Functional Expert (Social Mobilisation, Institution Building & Capacity Building):
    • Post-Graduate Degree
    • 2+ years of post-qualification experience in the social/community development sector.
  • District Functional Expert (Livelihoods & Marketing):
    • Post-Graduate Degree
    • 2+ years of post-qualification experience in the social/community development sector.
  • District Functional Expert (Financial Inclusion):
    • Post-Graduate Degree
    • 2+ years of post-qualification experience in the social/community development sector.
  • District Functional Expert (Non-Farm Livelihoods):

    • 2+ years of post-qualification experience in finance/accounts-related work in the government or private sector. Candidates having experience working on projects/schemes funded by the World Bank/government or social/community development projects will be preferred.
  • District MIS Manager:
    • MCA/MSC-IT or BE-Computer Science/B. Tech-Computer Science
    • 2+ years of post-qualification experience in MIS-related work in the government or private sector. Candidates with experience in documentation, reporting, data analysis, and online monitoring activities in social/community development projects and working knowledge of data management software will be preferred.
  • Block Coordinator:
    • Graduate
    • 1+ years of post-qualification experience in the social/community development sector.
  • Block Accountant:
    • Graduate degree in Commerce
    • 1+ years of post-qualification experience in finance/accounts-related work in the government/private sector. Candidates having experience working in projects/schemes funded by the World Bank/Gol or social/community development sector projects will be preferred.
  • Block MIS Executive:
    • BCA/B.Sc.-IT or BE-Computer Science/B.Tech-Computer Science
    • 1+ years of post-qualification experience in MIS-related work in the government/private sector. Working knowledge of data management software will be desirable.
  • District Functional Expert (Skills):
    • Post-Graduate Degree
    • 2+ years of post-qualification experience in the social/community development sector.
  • Domain Expert-Law & Accounts:
    • M.Com/Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary. Preference will be given for an LLB as an additional qualification.
    • 5+ years of experience, out of which 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, statutory compliance, legal matters, arbitration, etc.
    • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.
  • FPO Coordinator:
    • Graduation, preferably in rural development, social work, agribusiness, or agriculture, from a recognised university/institute. An additional diploma in rural development/social work from a recognised university/institute will be an added advantage.
    • 3+ years of experience in working with SHGS/producers groups/FPOS and their federations. Proven track record in implementing schemes on the promotion of agribusiness activities via Community Institutions such as FPOs/cooperatives.

Age Limit:

  • 23 to 45 years as of Jan 01, 2025 (age relaxation as per norms)
