MCOM/MBA(Finance)/CA/ICWA or equivalent degree from any of the recognized boards or universities.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in budgeting, accounting, and financial management for large-scale programmes/projects, etc.
Experience of working in Government programmes or externally aided projects preferred.
Must be computer literate, knowledge of Tally software will be an added advantage.
Exceptional degree of integrity, judgement and tact in handling the most sensitive, diverse and confidential material.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Local Language.
M&E/MIS Specialist:
The candidate should possess at least an MCA or a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognized University/Institution.
The candidate must have at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience in the management of IT & MIS activities in any Externally Aided Project (e.g. World Bank, JICA, ADB, etc.) or Public/ Private sector organization.
Experience in designing, executing at least one LAN/WAN/Data Centre project is preferable.
Knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Security is desirable.
Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS reporting.
Evaluate emerging technologies and solutions for fitment in the network for optimising cost/efficiencies.
Support in the development of IT platforms and applications.
Support in conducting various training activities.
Maintenance support, troubleshooting IT issues and assisting medical colleges
Experience working in the Northeast with the government. An aided project will be preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and the Local Language.
Assistant Engineer:
Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University/Institution.
Should have a minimum of 5 (five) years of hands-on experience in Construction activities in any externally Aided Project or Public/ Private sector organization.
Should have professional work experience at the national/state levels or in any other externally aided project to review the design and drawings for the construction/renovation works, monitoring, verification, and compliance related to civil works planned in the project.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD functionalities, operations, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and good knowledge of written and spoken Assamese, English & Hindi.
