Qualification & Experience:
Deputy Director (Laboratory):
- First or second-class Masters Degree in Physics / Chemistry with at least five years of Research Experience in the related branch.
- Doctorate Degree
- Mill’s experience and knowledge of the application of statistical methods.
- Knowledge of French or German Language
Assistant Director (Laboratory):
- First class or second class Master’s degree in Physics / Chemistry.
- Doctorate Degree
- Research Experience in Textile Testing and Technology.
- Knowledge of Statistics.
Assistant Director (EP&QA):
- Degree (at least high second class) in Textile Manufacture /Technology from a recognized university.
- At least 5 years experience in a position of responsibility in the production of textiles.
- Post-graduate Degree in Textile Manufacture Technology.
- Some experience in the standardization of specifications for textiles
Statistical Officer:
- At least a second-class Graduate Degree in Mathematics or Statistics with some papers in statistics.
- Five years experience in Statistical work.
- Some knowledge of computer programming on Computer Data processing.
Quality Assurance Officer (EP&QA):
- Degree/Diploma (at least second class) in Textile Manufacture /Technology from a recognized university / Textile Institute. OR
- Diploma (at least second class) in Handloom Technology from the Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, Varanasi / Salem.
- At least two years of experience in a position of responsibility in the production of textiles.
Quality Assurance Officer (Lab):
- Master’s Degree in Science or Technology OR
- First or second-class Bachelors in Science or Technology with Four years experience in Textile Testing and Analysis. OR
- First or second class Diploma in Textiles Chemistry or Technology with 6 years experience in Textile Testing and Analysis.
Field Officer:
- At least 2nd class postgraduate degree in Mathematics or Statistics or Economics or Commerce or Business Management.
- Should be able to express himself fluently and possess a knack for establishing rapport with people for collecting information.
- Some experience in data collection
Librarian:
- Graduate in Science from a recognized University
- Degree or Diploma in Library Science from a recognized University
- Two years experience as a Librarian in a Public or Government Library
Accountant:
- M.Com. or at least a second class in B.com. of a recognized university with experience of 4-5 years in accounts work in Government or Commercial concerns.
Junior Quality Assurance Officer (Laboratory):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Technology OR
- First or second class Diploma in Textile Chemistry or Technology with 2 years experience in Textile Testing and Analysis.
Junior Investigator:
- At least second-class graduate in Mathematics Statistics Economics or Commerce.
- Preferably a post-graduate degree in Mathematics Statistics or Economics Commerce.
- The candidates should be able to express themselves by collecting information.
- Some experience in data collection.
Junior Translator:
- Degree of a recognized University with Hindi medium and with English as one of the elective subjects at the Degree level Or
- Degree of recognised University with English medium and Hindi as one of the elective subjects at Degree level.
- Two years experience in translation work from Hindi to English and Vice-Versa
Senior Statistical Assistant:
- At least 2nd class graduate in Mathematics or Statistics.
- Postgraduate degree in Mathematics or Statistics.
- 2 years experience in Statistical Tabulation/ Data processing.
Junior Statistical Assistant:
- At least second-class graduate in Mathematics Statistics Economics or Commerce.
