Eligibility:
Upper Division Assistant (UDA):
The candidate must be serving as UDA in the District and Sessions Judge Establishment of the state of Assam, or, like LDA, Computer Typists, Copyists & Typists in whose case must have rendered not less than 5(five) years of continuous service in the District and Sessions Judge Establishment of the state of Assam.
Driver:
Minimum qualification is class VIII passed, and, preference will be given to candidates having professional skills, related to the requirement of this establishment.
Age Limit:
- The candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as of 01.01.2022.
- The upper age- limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) candidates and 3 years for OBC/MOBC Candidates as per Govt. Office Memorandum ABP.6/2016/51 dated. 02.09.20.
Salary:
- Driver: Rs. 15,000/- (Fixed)
- UDA: Rs. 14,000/- to 60,500/-, + G.P. Rs. 8,000/-
HOW TO APPLY:
- For UDA:- Duly filled-up “Application Form” through proper channel along with self-attested photocopies of all the relevant testimonials in support of their age, educational qualifications, other qualifications including experience certificates, 2 (two) recent passport-sized photographs, and Copies of ACR’s for at least 3(years) and Service book may be sent through by POST to the O/o the District & Sessions Judge, Sivasagar, PIN- 785640, Assam, or, maybe dropped personally at the O/o the District & Sessions Judge, Sivasagar.
- For Driver:- Filed-up “Application Form” along with Age certificate, testimonials regarding educational qualifications, valid Professional Driving License, Caste Certificate from competent authority, Employment Exchange registration certificate along with 2 (two) recent passport-sized photographs may be sent through e-mail to recruitment.sivasagar@omail.com in PDF format, or, by POST to the O/o the District & Sessions Judge, Sivasagar, PIN- 785640, Assam, or, maybe dropped in the DropBox for Application to be kept at the O/o the District & Sessions Judge, Sivasagar, and all documents furnished with the application must be self-attested by the candidates.
