Qualification Details SBI Recruitment 2021:

Pharmacist:

  • Pass in SSC or its equivalent examination and minimum Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) from recognized university or board OR
  • Degree in pharmacy (B Pharma/M Pharma/Pharma D) or any equivalent degree in Pharmacy from any recognized university.

Data Analyst:

  • Essential: B.E/B. Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech in computer science/ IT/ Data Science/ Machine Learning and AI with min 60%
  • Desirable: Diploma / PG Diploma in Data Sciences

Chief Ethics Officer:

  • Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience (as of 01.04.2021) in Banking or Financial Institution or Corporate Sector, as well as experience in the rank of General Manager or equivalent, preferably for 3 to 5 years.
  • Specific Skills Requires: The candidate should possess proven leadership qualities and have wide experience in the field of Corporate Governance and association with the propagation of a Culture of Ethics in a large organization, preferably with Banking and/ or Financial Service Sector background.

Advisor (Fraud Risk Management):

  • The Candidate should be a retired IPS/ State Police Officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police at the time of retirement. Should have worked in/handled Vigilance/ Economic Offences/ Cyber Crime Department(s).
    Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the conduct of investigation/ supervision of investigation works during his/ her service.

Deputy Manager (Strategic Training):

  • MBA/PGDM or it’s equivalent to a full-time course. Preference will be given to candidates with having specialization in HR/Marketing.

Manager (Credit Analyst):

  • Graduation in any stream, AND MBA/ PGDBA/ PGDBM or their equivalent (with specialization in Finance) as a 2-year regular course. Candidates having qualifications in CA/ CFA/ ICWA (CMS) are also eligible to apply.

Manager (Job Family & Succession Planning):

  • Graduation in any stream as a full-time course, AND MBA/ PGDM or it’s equivalent with Specialisation in HR as a full-time course.

Manager (Remittances):

  • Full-Time B.E./ B. Tech in any stream (Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Instrumentation, etc.), AND b. Full-Time MBA/ PGDM or equivalent Management degree (Preference will be given to candidates having Marketing stream as major).

Deputy Manager (Marketing – Financial Institutions):

  • MBA/ PGDM or its equivalent 2-year full time course (Specialization in ‘Marketing’ is preferred).

Deputy Manager (Chartered Accountant):

  • Chartered Accountant (preferably passed in one attempt).

Deputy Manager (Anytime Channel):

  • BE/ B. Tech in IT stream only (Electronics & Communication/ Computer/ Electrical/ Information Science etc.), AND Full time 2 years MBA/ PGDM or equivalent Management degree.

Manager (History):

  • Master of Arts (Economics) OR Master of Arts (History) – full-time course with 60% marks (First class) or equivalent to First class as per university degree from UGC recognized universities/institutions.

Executive (Document Preservation Archives):

  • Graduate in Science (Chemistry) – full-time course with 60% marks (First Class) or equivalent to First class as per university degree from UGC recognized universities/institutions.

Deputy Chief Technology Officer (IT-Digital Banking):

  • B.Tech./ B.E./M. Sc./M. Tech. /MCA (from a recognized University/Institution).

Manager (Risk Management):

  • MBA / PGDBM or its equivalent as a full-time course from a recognized university/ institution. Specialization in Finance is preferred.

Manager (Credit Analyst):

  • MBA/ Master’s Degree in Management / Post Graduate Diploma in Management or their equivalents OR Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant.

Senior Special Executive (Compliance):

  • Graduation in any discipline as full time course from a recognized university/institution.

Senior Special Executive (StrategyTMG):

  • MBA/PGDBM or it’s equivalent as a full-time course from a recognized university/institution. Specialization in Finance is mandatory.

Senior Special Executive –(Global Trade):

  • MBA/ PGDM or its equivalent as a regular two-year program from a recognized university/Institute. Specialization in Finance/Marketing is preferred.

Senior Executive (Retail & Subsidiaries):

  • MBA/ PGDBM or it’s equivalent as a full-time course from a recognized University/Institution. Specialization in Finance is preferred.

Senior Executive (Finance):

  • MBA/PGDBM or its equivalent as the full-time course from a recognized university/institution. Specialization in Finance is preferred.

Senior Executive (Marketing):

  • PGDBM/MBA or it is equivalent to a full-time course from a recognized University/ Institute. Specialization in Marketing or Finance is preferred.

Age Limit SBI Recruitment 2021: 30 to 65 yrs

Application Fee SBI Recruitment 2021:

Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) are Rs. 750/- for General OBC and EWS candidates and NIL- for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.

Fee payment will have to be made online through payment gateway available there at. The payment can be made by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking etc. by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the candidates.
