Qualification:
Dental Surgeon:
BDS Degree from a recognized Dental College and registered with Assam State Dental Council.
ANM:
ANM nursing course passed from any nursing school / recognized institution and registered with “Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ and Health Visitors’ Council”.
Staff Nurse:
GNM/B. Sc. The nursing course passed from any. nursing school / recognized institution and registered with “Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ and Health Visitors’ Council”.
Psychiatrist Nurse:
B.Sc in Nursing or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Nursing Council of India and at least 2 years experience of working in psychiatry/ mental health institution/ hospital.
Community Nurse (Case Manager):
B.Sc Nursing from an institution recognized by the Nursing Council of India.
Laboratory Technician:
Laboratory Technician Diploma Course from Medical Colleges of Assam or Regional Institute of Paramedical and Nursing Sciences, Mizoram, or Institutes affiliated to Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Assam.
Pharmacist:
Degree/ Diploma in Pharmacy course from recognized Institutes and must be registered under Assam Pharmacy Council.
Radiographer:
Diploma in Radiography Course from a recognized Govt. Institution.
Rehabilitation Worker:
10+2 or equivalent qualification/One and half year certificate course of Multi Rehabilitation worker from a recognized institute./Registered as Rehabilitation Personnel under Rehabilitation Council of India Act.1992 Or Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (B.P.T.)
Psychologist:
Post Graduate Degree in Clinical Psychology/ Psychology.
Social Worker:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/ Rural Development/ Sociology/ Social Science.
Counselors:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or Degree/Diploma in Counseling Education/ Mass Communication.
Ophthalmic Assistant/Optometrist:
Degree/ Diploma in Optometry from RCI recognized institute.
Audiologist/ Speech Therapist:
Bachelor in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology/ B.Sc. (speech & hearing) from RCI recognized institute.
Audiometric Assistant:
Diploma in Hearing & Language and Speech (DHLS) from RCI recognized institute.
Instructor for Hearing Impaired Children:
Diploma in training young deaf and hearing handicapped (DTYDHH) from RCI recognized institute
Clinical Instructor:
B.Sc. Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing passed and registered with “Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ and Health Visitors’ Council”.
Consultant -Maternal Health, SIHFW:
MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology from a recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council.
Consultant-Pediatrics & Neonatal Service, SIHFW:
MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Paediatrics from a recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council.
Hospital Administrator:
Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration/Hospital Management/ MD (Hospital Administration).
Addl. Consultants (Child Health):
MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Paediatrics from a recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council.
Consultant (RBSK):
Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in -Management/ Social Work/ Social Science/Rural Development/ Sociology.
Consultant (Nutrition):
Post Graduate Degree in Home Science with specialization in Food & Nutrition.
District Programme Manager:
MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification work experience in the field of community health/ medical health/ community development programs or related fields.
Persons having added qualifications such as a diploma/ certificate in Public Health/Health Programme Management/ Hospital administration or related areas will be prepared.
Candidates working under NHM in various managerial positions having more than 5 years of experience may also apply.
Computer proficiency with a high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
High Proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.
