Qualification:
- The candidate must have passed the HSLC examination or equivalent examination.
- The candidates must possess a valid 6 (Six) months RCCC training passed certificate from Assam Surveys & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati.
- The candidates should possess a minimum 6 (six) month diploma/certificate in computer proficiency from a Govt. recognized institute.
Age Limit:
Candidates must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age on 1st January 2022. The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years in case of candidates of OBC/MOBC, 5 years in case of candidates of SC &ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates as per Govt. office Memorandum issued from time to time.
Salary:
Rs. 14,000/- to 60,500/- per month and Grade Pay Rs. 6,200/- with other allowances as admissible under the rules.

Selection procedures:
The candidates applying for the post of Mandal will have to appear written test. The syllabus of the written examination will be as follows:
