Age Limit & Relaxation:
The maximum age limit applies to the UR (Unreserved) category as on 01.03.2026. Age relaxations are provided as per the Government of India guidelines for the following categories:
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates: 3 years relaxation
- PwBD candidates: As per GoI rules
- Ex-Servicemen: As per GoI rules
Application Fee:
Candidates belonging to the UR, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 200 online via internet banking or credit/debit card. SC/ST and PwBD candidates are exempted from the application fee (as per Government of India norms).
Selection Process:
Selection for all advertised positions will be carried out through a Personal Interview. However, depending on the number of applications received, BVFCL reserves the right to:
- Conduct screening tests, written tests, or skill/trade tests
- Raise the minimum eligibility standards
- Adopt suitable shortlisting criteria
Only shortlisted and apparently eligible candidates will be called for the interview. Outstation candidates called for an interview will be reimbursed single to-and-fro rail fare in AC-II Tier by the shortest rail/road route on production of tickets.
