Qualification & Experience NHM Contractual Recruitment 2021:
VBD Technical Supervisor:
- Graduate in Science from the Biology stream
- Candidates with experience in health sector programs in field works of similar nature will be preferred as per the period of service.
- Candidates must have basic knowledge of computer operation with Internet & office packages (Minimum 6 months Certificate / Diploma Course) supported by relevant certificates
- The candidate should have a valid Two Wheeler Driving License.
Consultant (M&E), PC-PNDT:
- Master Degree in Gynaecology/ Radiology/ Post
- Graduate Degree in Sociology from any Govt. recognized University of India
- Well versed with Gender Issues and PC-PNDT Act.
- The person should be well versed with planning and programme implementation.
- The person should have dedication for implementation of PC-PNDT Act.
- Knowledge in health related subjects like Population Policy, Right to Information Act. MTP Act, Health Establishmnt Act. Etc.
Consultant (NCD) Pool:
- Medical degree from a recognized Medical College and registered with Medical Council of India (MCI) / Assam Medical Council (AMC)/ SCIM.
Sr. Consultant, Training, SIHFW:
- MD/DNB (Gynecology & Obstetrics)
- Degree / Diploma in Public Health Management.
Training Consultant, SIHFW:
- MD/DNB (Gynecology & Obstetrics)/Community Medicine / Pediatrics
- Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management.
Consultant Training/Technical, IDSP:
- Medical Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma preferably in Public Health/epidemiology with minimum 5 years of experience.
State Coordinator (Assam Clinical Establishment):
- MBBS Degree from Govt. recognized institution.
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Master’s or MD in Hospital Administration/Public Health/ Preventive and Social Medicine/Community Health Administration or MBA (Hospital Administration)
State Consultant (Quality Monitoring):
- Post Graduate Degree/ Advance qualification in Statistics. Specialization in Biostatistics/ Master in Health Informatics (MBA Health Informatics)/ Master in Epidemiology (MPH epidemiology) with 2 years experience in Public Health.
State Programme Coordinator, NCD cum Health and Wellness Centre:
- Medical degree from a recognized Medical College and registered with Medical Council of India (MCI) / Assam Medical Council (AMC)/SCIM.
- Diploma/ Master in Public Health/ Community Health Administration.
Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant, NVBDCP:
- MBBS with post Graduate Degree in Preventive Medicine/ Community Medicine/ Public Health from a Govt. recognized Medical College preferably with 2 years of experience in the area of specialization of which at least 1 year should be preferably in a public health programme. or
- MBBS from a Govt. recognized Medical College with 10 years and above experience in National Programme may also apply.
Consultant, RKSK:
- Post Graduate Degree in Sociology/ Social Work/ Home Science/ Women Studies/ Public Health from Govt. recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field and working knowledge of computers.
Consultant (Finance & Accounts):
- C.A. Inter/ M.Com with minimum 5 years post qualification work experience in handling financial matters in reputed organization. Or
- C.A./ I.C.W.A. with minimum 2 year post qualification work experience in handling financial matters in reputed organization.
- Computer proficiency-MS Office & Tally
- Excellence in verbal & written communication skills are essential.
Nursing Midwifery Educator:
- M.Sc Nursing with speciality in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Community Health Nursing with minimum of 2 years of clinical maternity/teaching experience. or
- Any M.Sc Nursing candidates with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience/teaching experience
Junior Consultant (Nursing):
- B.Sc. (Nursing) from Govt. recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Nursing Supervision, Teaching, Administration in responsible capacity.
Assistant Engineer (Instrumentation):
- B.E. in Instrumentation/ B.E. in Bio-Medical Engineering/ B.E. in Medical Electronics from recognized university/ institution of India with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks and having minimum of 2 years of post qualification work experience in the installation & maintenance of medical equipments and other related works.
- Computer proficiency-MS Office
Data Manager (State Level/District Level):
- M.Tech/ MCA/ BE(IT)/ BE (Computer Science)/ M.Sc (IT)/ M.Sc (Computer Science)/DOEAC B Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience. Or
- In-service Block Data Manager with Minimum 5 years engagement under NHM.
State Assistant Nursing Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a minimum 3 years post qualification experience, preferably in health projects.
- Knowledge on basics of operating computer (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel) and maintaining computers, printers and related IT equipments.
District Leprosy Consultant, NLEP:
- Medical Graduate (MBBS) with 3 years of working experience in Public Health Programme. Or
- Medical Graduate (BAMS / BHMS) with 5 years of working experience in Public Health Programme.
District Quality Consultant:
- Masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management (MHA-full time or equivalent) with 3 years experience in Public Health/ Hospital Administration, out of which at least 1 year work in the field of quality in health care.
District Urban Health Coordinator, NUHM:
- MBA, Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management/ Rural Management/ Social Work/ Rural Development with a minimum of 2 years of post qualification work experience in the field of community health/ medical health/ community development programmes or related fields. Persons having added qualification such as diploma / certificate in Public Health/Health Programme Management/ Hospital Administration or related areas will be preferred.
- Having Diploma / Certificate in Computers from recognized institution.
- Computer proficiency: MS-Office.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.
Epidemiologist, IDSP:
- Medical Graduate (MBBS) with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine/ Public Health or Epidemiology (such as MD, MPH, DPH, MAE etc)
- Medical Graduate (MBBS) with 2 years experience in Public Health.
- Medical Graduate (Ayur) preferably MPH/DPH.
- Medical Graduate (Homoeo) preferably MPH/ DPH.
- M.Sc. (Epidemiology) with 2 years experience in Public Health.
- Post Graduate in the field of Life Science, Social Science or Statistics with 2 yearsexperience in Public Health.
District Vector Borne Disease Consultant:
- Post Graduate degree in Zoology/Entomology/ Life Sciences with 5 years of work experience. For life sciences candidates, Zoology is a must as one of the subjects at graduate level.
Psychiatric Social Worker, NMHP:
- Post Graduate Degree from Govt. recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of Post qualification work experience in mental health or psychiatric social work.
- Having Diploma / Certificate in Computers from recognized institution.
Clinical Psychologist:
- Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or Applied Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in Medical and Social Psychology or Masters of Philosophy in Medical Health and Social Psychology obtained after completion of a full time course of two years which includes supervised clinical training approved and recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India.
- Having Diploma / Certificate in Computers from recognized institution.
Finance Cum Logistic Consultant, NCD:
- M. Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification from Govt. recognized institution.
- Well versed with all the accounting procedures, book keeping practices, external and internal audits and other necessary accounting norms.
- Computer Proficiency: MS-Office and other popular accounting software packages.
- Shall have Diploma / Certificate in Computer from recognized institution.
Psychiatric Nurse:
- B.Sc in Nursing or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Nursing Council of India and at least 2 years experience of working in psychiatry/ mental health institution/ hospital.
Community Nurse (Case Manager):
- B.Sc Nursing from an institution recognized by Nursing Council of India. Minimum 3 years experience of working in a Hospital/ 2 years working in the community.
- Shall have Diploma / Certificate in Computers from recognized institution
District Public Private Mixed Coordinator (NTEP):
- Post Graduate from Govt. recognized institution.
- 1 year experience of working in field of communication/ ACSM/ Public Private Partnership/ Health Projects/ Programs.
Senior DOTS Plus TB HIV Supervisor (PMDT):
- Graduation from Govt. recognized institution.
- Diploma / Certificate course in computer operation (minimum 3 months).
- Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler
Dietician:
- B.A./B.Sc in Home Science with Food & Nutrition as special subject or Post Graduate in Food & Nutrition.
- Candidates having higher qualification and/or experience in community nutrition activities will be given preference.
- Shall have Diploma / Certificate in Computer from recognized institution
District Consultant, NPPCF:
- Post Graduate Degree (MD) in Community Medicine/ Public Health/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Pathology/ Community Resource Management/ Environment Health or equivalent. OR
- Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Biochemistry/ Nutrition/ Microbiology/ Molecular Biology/ Life Sciences/ Public Health/ Community Resource or equivalent
Early Interventionist cum Special Educator, RBSK:
- M.Sc in Disability Studies (Early Intervention) with basic degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)/Occupational Therapy (BOT)/ Speech Language Pathologist (ASLP) or Post Graduate Diploma in Early Intervention (PGDEL) with basic degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) /Occupational Therapy (BOT)/ Speech Language Pathology (ASLP).
Block Accounts Manager:
- B. Com with minimum 3 years of post qualification work experience in relevant field.
- Shall have Diploma / Certificate in Computer from recognized institution
- Computer Proficiency : MS-Office & Tally
Block Data Manager:
- Must have completed Graduation in any discipline and at least One Year Diploma in Computer Application/ PGDCA/ DOEAC ‘O’ Level or equivalent. or
- BCA/ B.Sc (IT)/ B.Sc (Computer Science)/DOEAC ‘A’ Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field in reputed organization.
- Experience in working using MS-Office.
- Basic knowledge of Software and Hardware and able to attend trouble shooting in computers, printers and network connectivity.
Physiotherapist:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy / Diploma in Physiotherapy from Govt. recognized institutions.
- Shall have Diploma / Certificate in Computer from recognized institution
Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS):
- Bachelors Degree from Govt. recognized institution. Or Recognized sanitary inspector’s course.
- Certificate/ Diploma course in computer operation (minimum 3 months).
- Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler
Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS):
- Graduation from Govt. recognized institution.
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent from a Govt. recognized Institution.
- Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler.
- Certificate/Diploma course in computer operation (minimum 3 months).
