Qualifications NHM Assam Recruitment 2021:
State Epidemiologist, IDSP:
- Medical Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine/Public Health or Epidemiology (such as MD, MPH, DPH, MAE, etc)
Consultant, NPPCD:
- Degree/Diploma in Community Medicine/Preventive and Social Medicine/Community Health Administration/ MPH/ MBA Health Care Administration from an institute recognized by MCI.
- At least 3 years of experience after obtaining a post-graduate degree
- Experience of working in Public Health Programme preferably in Non-Communicable Diseases (Desirable)
Consultant (Nutrition):
- Post Graduate Degree in Home Science with specialization in Food & Nutrition.
- Minimum 5 years experience in community nutrition activities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well-versed with the regional language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
IEC Consultant (NVBDCP):
- Post Graduate qualification in Anthropology/Sociology/Social Work/Mass Communication. Preferably with a Ph.D. Degree and exposure to development work and advocacy, and demonstrated understanding of behavior change communication and research and 3 years relevant work experience, out of which one year should be in networking and liaison-building activities with national and international organizations.
Programme Executive:
- Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Health Management or Public Health Management from Govt. recognized institute
- Computer Proficiency: MS office
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English are essential.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant field or health care will be preferred.
Programmer:
- M.Tech/MCA/BE(IT)/BE (Computer Science)/M.Sc (IT)/M.Sc (Computer Science)/DOEAC B Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years experience in software development.
- Should have experience in software development using Open Source Technology.
- Preference will be given to persons with mobile application development/GIS-related application development.
Cashier:
- M.Com with a minimum of 2 Years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Well-versed with all the accounting procedures, bookkeeping practices, external and internal audits, and other necessary accounting norms.
- Computer proficiency with the high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Tally 2020
PA to Mission Director:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Diploma in Stenography in English from recognized Govt. Institution.
- Short Hand Speed = 80 WPM
- Typing Speed = 40 WPM
- Computer proficiency with high-level familiarity with commonly used packages like MS-Word, MSExcel, MS-PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience = Minimum 5 years working experience as Stenographer in a reputed organization.
District Community Mobilizer:
- Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/Social Science/Rural Development with at least 3 years experience in Community Work or related field.
- Excellent communication skills. Well-versed with the regional language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
District Media Expert:
- Masters in Mass Communication from Govt. recognized institution.
- Minimum 4 years experience in relevant field.
- Preference will be given to candidates having work experience in the health sector.
District Coordinator (ARSH/WIFS/RBSK):
- 2 years Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management/Social Work/Social Science/Rural Development/ Sociology from Govt. recognized Institute with at least 2 years experience in the related field.
- Computer Proficiency (MS-Office, Internet).
Assistant District Data Manager:
- BCA/B.Sc (IT)/BA (IT)/B.Sc. (Computer Science)/DOEACC ‘A’ level or equivalent, etc.or above from recognized university/Institution.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the relevant field in a reputed organization.
- Experience in working using MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of Software and Hardware and able to attend troubleshooting in computers, printers, and network connectivity.
- Preference will be given to candidates having work experience as BDM under NHM, Assam
Block Programme Manager:
- MBA/ PGDM from any Govt. recognized institution.
- Relevant experience 3 years
Block Community Mobilizer:
- Bachelor Degree in Social Work/Rural Development/Sociology/Social Science with at least 1-year experience in community work or related field
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well-versed with the regional language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Age Limit NHM Assam Recruitment 2021:
- Minimum Age-43 yrs
- Maximum Age-62 yrs
