IOCL Guwahati Refinery Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Guwahati Refinery, has released the official notification for the engagement of 102 Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973. Eligible candidates can apply online through the NAPS/NATS portal from 29 June 2026 to 28 July 2026.

Candidates having qualifications such as B.Sc, Diploma, ITI, B.Com, BA, Class 12 Pass, etc., can apply for various apprentice trades.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should possess the required qualifications for the respective trade:

• B.Sc (PCM/Industrial Chemistry)
• ITI Fitter
• Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
• BA/B.Sc/B.Com
• B.Com
• Class 12 Pass
• Class 12 with Domestic Data Entry Operator Skill Certificate

Minimum Marks:

• General/OBC/EWS: 50%
• SC/ST/PwBD: 45%

Age Limit (As of 30 June 2026):

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 24 Years

Age relaxation is applicable as per the Government of India rules.

Selection Process:

There will be No Written Examination.

Selection will be based on:

• Merit based on qualifying examination marks
• Document Verification
• Pre-Engagement Medical Examination

Stipend:

Selected apprentices will receive a stipend as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 and IOCL guidelines.
