IOCL Bongaigaon Refinery Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), one of India’s largest public sector oil companies and a Fortune Global 500 organisation, has released the Bongaigaon Refinery Apprentice Recruitment 2026 notification. Eligible candidates can apply online for 144 Apprentice posts under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973.

Interested candidates who meet the required educational qualifications can submit their online applications from 29 June 2026 to 28 July 2026 through the NAPS/NATS portal and the IOCL application portal.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications:

• B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Industrial Chemistry)
• ITI (Fitter)
• Diploma in Engineering (Relevant Discipline)
• BA/BSc/BCom
• Class XII Pass
• Class XII + Domestic Data Entry Operator Skill Certificate

Important Points

• Qualification must be obtained through regular full-time courses.
• Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD in reserved seats).
• Candidates with BE/B. Tech, MBA, MCA, CA, LLB or higher professional qualifications are not eligible.
• Candidates who completed the qualifying examination more than 5 years ago are not eligible.

Age Limit:

As of 30 June 2026

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 24 Years

Age relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 Years
• OBC (NCL): 3 Years
• PwBD: 10 Years (additional relaxation as per rules)

Selection Process:

There will be No Written Examination.

Selection will be based on:

• Merit is prepared using marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
• Preference will be given to candidates applying for an apprenticeship for the first time.
• Document Verification.
• Medical Examination.

Apprentice Stipend:

Selected apprentices will receive a stipend as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 and IOCL guidelines.

• Log in and complete your profile with accurate educational and personal details.

For Post Codes 104, 105, 106 & 107

• Visit the NATS Portal.
• Complete your apprentice registration.
• Log in and apply for the apprenticeship opportunity under IOCL Bongaigaon Refinery.
