Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification & Experience:
Matriculation from a recognized Board of Education, and
Possession of a valid driving license for Motor Cars (LMV) issued by the competent authority; and
Knowledge of Motor Mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in the vehicle), and
Experience of driving a Motor Car for at least one year after obtaining a valid driving license, and
Possession of a domicile certificate of that State against which the candidate has applied.
Age Limit (as on 28-09-2025):
Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
Maximum Age limit: 27 Years
Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.

Fill the Application Form:
Log in using your Registration ID and password.
Select the Security Assistant (Motor Transport) post and the preferred Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau (SIB) where you hold domicile.
Enter personal details (e.g., name, date of birth, address), educational qualifications (e.g., 10th marks), driving license details, and category (UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS).
Provide domicile certificate details and confirm 1-year driving experience.
Choose up to five exam centers (e.g., Delhi, Guwahati, Kolkata) for the written test.
Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies in the specified format (based on,):
Recent passport-size photograph (JPEG, 100โ200 KB, light background, 70โ80% face coverage, taken within 12 weeks).
Signature (JPEG, 80โ150 KB, black ink on white paper).
