FCSCA Recruitment 2020, Applications are invited for 04 President & Member Vacancy in State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission of Assam under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Name Of The Posts:

1. President
   No Of Posts: 02 nos (Kokrajhar-01, Sonitpur-01)

Eligibility Criteria: He is or has been, or is qualified to be a district judge.

2. Member
   No Of Posts: 02 nos (Dispur)

Eligibility Criteria:

1. A person who is of not less than 40 years of age.
2. An experience of at least 10 years as presiding officers of a district court of any tribunal at an equivalent level or combined services as such in the court and tribunal. Or
3. Possesses bachelor degree from a recognized University and is a person of ability integrity and standing, and has special knowledge and professional experience of not less than 20 years in Consumer Affairs, Law Public Affairs, Administration, Economics, Commerce, Industry, Finance, Management, Engineering, Technology, Public Health or Medicine.
