Qualification & Experience:
Data Analyst (DA):
- Master in Statistics/Economics or a closely related subject from any recognized university. Should have good skills in Data administration, data management, and computer and information technology.
- The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience from the date of passing his/her required educational qualification in Data Analysis of projects for any public or private sector organization. In case, sufficient candidates with 5 years of experience in the field cited above are not available, the interview panel may allow candidates having less than 5 years of experience to appear before the interview panel and if selected they will be hired at a lower remuneration.
- Proficiency in the use of Internet-based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, advanced statistical tools, excellent data mining & analytical skills, and other related applications.
- High levels of proficiency in English and Assamese. Working knowledge of Hindi would be an added advantage.
District Enterprise Development Executive (DEDE):
- Any graduates preferable B.Sc in Agriculture or allied sectors/ B.E. or B.Tech in Agriculture/ food technology/ BBA with at least 3 years experience in the agribusiness, and food processing sector.
- Experience in entrepreneurship and enterprise Development, counseling for enterprises, conducting training & capacity-building programs and facilitating access to finance and business development, marketing agri/ food products will be an added advantage. Entrepreneurial mindset, including the ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and propose and implement new initiatives. Being well conversant in the use of the internet, email, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential. Fluency in Assamese, English & Hindi. Motivated to travel frequently to meet the needs of the program and deliver impact effectively.
District Enterprise Development Coordinator (DEDC):
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA/ PGDBM) with specialization in agribusiness/ entrepreneurship/ rural management/ marketing/finance.
- With five (5) years of demonstrated experience in promoting entrepreneurship, working in incubation programs for the handholding of enterprises or small business development programs.
District Environment Coordinator (DEC):
- Master’s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in Ecology & Environment / Environmental Science/ Life Science/Zoology/ Botany. A combination of several specializations and/or additional training would be an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of Environment Management and related activities. Computer Skills: The DEC must have proven experience in using Internet-based applications, using and working with advanced word processing/spreadsheet including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and other related applications.
MIS Executive (MIS):
- B. Sc. (IT or Comp. Sc.)/B. Tech. (Computer Science)/Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)/ three years Diploma in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- The MIS Executive should have at least 4 years (in case the bachelor’s degree/ diploma is of three years duration) or 3 years (in case the Bachelor’s degree is of four years duration) of professional experience in the field of MIS in any public/ private sector organization.
- The MIS must have proficiency in the use of Internet-based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and other related applications.
- Fluency in English, Assamese &Hindi.
Senior Seed Experts (SSE):
- Master’s degree in Agriculture preferably in Genetics & Plant Breeding or Seed Science & Technology or Agronomy from any recognized University/Institution. A Doctorate/ Ph.D. degree in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
- The SSE must possess at least 7 (Seven) years of professional experience working in seed production/seed multiplication including paddy or any public /private sector organization.
- The SSE must have proficiency in the use of Internet-based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and other related applications.
- Fluency in English, Assamese &Hindi.
Age Limit:
The age of the candidate should not be more than 35 to 50 years as of 1st March 2023.
