RRB Technician Recruitment 2026: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have officially released the Centralised Employment Notification (CEN) No. 02/2026 for the recruitment of Technician Grade-I Signal and Technician Grade-III posts. Educational Qualification:

Technician Grade-I Signal

Candidates should possess:

• B.Sc. in Physics/Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Instrumentation, OR
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering in a relevant discipline.

Technician Grade-III

Candidates must have:

• Matriculation (10th Pass)
• ITI in a relevant trade approved by NCVT/SCVT
• Course Completed Act Apprenticeship (CCAA) wherever applicable.

Candidates awaiting final results are NOT eligible.

Age Limit (As of 01 July 2026):

Technician Grade-I Signal

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 33 Years

Technician Grade-III

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years

Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.

Salary:

Along with basic pay, employees will receive DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, Medical Benefits, Pension, Leave, and other Railway allowances.

4. Complete the Aadhaar/DigiLocker verification (recommended) and fill in your personal, educational, and communication details.
5. Select your RRB, Pay Level, preferred Railway Zone(s), and post preference(s) carefully. Once the chosen RRB is submitted, it cannot be changed.
6. Upload the required documents, including:
   • Live passport-size photograph
   • Signature
   • Educational certificates
   • Category/PwBD certificate (if applicable)
7. Pay the application fee online using UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
8. Review all the information carefully and submit the application form.
9. Download and print the Application Confirmation Page for future reference.
