Qualification:
Technical Assistant:
BCA with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade from a recognized university with at least 1 (one) year of working experience from a reputed institution/organization. Retired Staff of Subordinate Judiciary having the aforesaid qualification may also apply.
Stenographer:
Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary Examination from any recognized Board/ Council/University. Candidate should possess a Diploma Certificate in Stenography/ Shorthand from lTl/ Polytechnic or any other legally recognized institute. Must have adequate knowledge of the Assamese language. Retired Staff of Subordinate Judiciary having the aforesaid qualification may also apply.
Office Assistant:
Graduate in any discipline from any Govt.recognized University. Must have 6 (six) a month’s diploma in Computer application. Retired Staff of Subordinate Judiciary having the aforesaid qualification may also apply.
Driver:
Candidates must have class eight standards from a recognized School/institution having a valid LMV Driving License issued by the Competent Authority. Those who have passed HSSLC (Class XII) or above shall be ineligible to apply for the said post.
Office Peon:
Candidate must possess the minimum (educational qualification of Class VIII standard, and those who have passed HSSLC (Class XII) or above shall be ineligible to apply for the said post.
Age Limit:
Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age on the last date of submission of the application. The relaxation of age shall be applicable as per existing rules of the State Government.
HOW TO APPLY:
- Candidates must submit their application in standard format along with self-attested copies of all testimonials regarding Educational Qualification, Age, Caste, Experience Certificate, valid Driving License (for the post of Driver), etc. along with 3 (Three) copies of recent passport size photographs, duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side and addressed to the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Chirang, Kajalgaon P, O. Kajalgaon, Chirang, Pin-783385, BTR, Assam, through registered post only.
- The envelope containing the application must be super-scribed with the post applied for on the top of the envelope. For e.g. ‘APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON lN THE ePOCSO COURT, CHIRANG” in block capital letters.
- Candidates are to send their application addressed to “The District & Sessions Judge Chirang through registered post with acknowledgment due. The last date and time of receipt of the application are 15.11.2022 at 4.30 P.M.
