BECIL Recruitment 2020, Applications are invited for recruitment of the following post purely on a contract basis for the Registrar of Newspapers for India (RNI), New Delhi, Directorate of Publication Division (DPD), New Delhi, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MIB), New Delhi.

- Senior Programmer/Senior Software Developer
No Of Posts: 05 nos
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be B.Tech. or MCA with first division.
- Must have experience of 3 years as a developer.
- Should be able to effectively debug programs, identify bug fixes/ performance bottlenecks and improvements.
- Should possess good communication skills
- Skill Set & Job Profile: ASP.Net with C#, PHP, Laravel (PHP framework), Drupal, Sql Server, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Quality Management, Knowledge to handle VMs on Cloud, Awareness of Security Tools, Good Trouble Shooting Skill, Awareness of latest tools of Data Analytics, Knowledge of Writing Web APIs
Salary: Rs. 44,000/- PM

- Must be BCA or MCA or B.Tech. with the first division.
- Must have experience of 1 year.
- Should be able to effectively debug programs, identify bug fixes/ performance bottlenecks and improvements.
- Should possess good communication skills
- Skill Set & Job Profile: ASP.Net with C#, PHP, Laravel (PHP framework), Drupal,& SQL Server, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Good Development Knowledge and ability to apply security patches
Salary: Rs. 28,000/- PM
Application Fee: Applicants need not deposit registration fee at the time of submission of application form. However on selection, the selected applicants for the above posts are required to submit the non-refundable registration fee as follows:
For General/ OBC applicants, ₹ 500/- plus 18% GST
For SC/ ST/ PH applicants, ₹ 250/- plus 18% GST
The non-refundable fee can be paid by Cash/ Card or demand draft drawn in favour of Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited payable at New Delhi which must be submitted to General Manager (Radio) in BECIL’s Corporate Office at Noida (U.P) on or before the date of joining

Application forms for applying for the vacancies may be obtained from BECIL’s Corporate Office: C-56, A/17, Sector-62, Noida-201307 (U.P.) or downloaded from the BECIL website Registration Form(Offline Apply)
The duly filled in application form along with self-attested photocopies of educational/experience certificates, two passport size photographs, Pan Card, Aadhar Card must be submitted in hand OR through registered post only to General Manager (Radio) at BECIL’s Corporate Office at Noida (U.P). While submitting the application through registered post, the envelope containing the application must be super-scribed as- “Application for the post of for RNI, DPD & MIB”.
Due to the present pandemic situation of COVID19, duly filled application along with relevant documents must also be scanned & emailed to sunita.dhar@becil.com on or before 22.09.2020.
