Vacancy Details:

For Executive Trainee (Electrical), the 37 vacancies consist of 35 fresh vacancies and 2 backlog vacancies. The total reservation distribution is UR-16, OBC-NCL-10, SC-6, ST-2 and EWS-3, along with horizontal PwBD reservation as specified in the notification. Executive Trainee (Computer Science) has 15 vacancies consisting of UR-7, OBC-NCL-4, SC-2, ST-1 and EWS-1.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must satisfy the educational qualification, GATE 2027 requirements and age criteria prescribed by GRID-INDIA.

GATE 2027 Requirement

Candidates must appear for and qualify in the relevant GATE 2027 paper.

Only the GATE 2027 score will be considered for this recruitment. GATE scores from 2026 or earlier years will not be accepted.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess a full-time regular B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) or Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) from a recognized university or institute.

Executive Trainee (Electrical):

Selection Process:

The selection process will consist of:

1. GATE 2027 score

Salary:

Selected candidates will be appointed at E2 level in the pay scale of: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 IDA

They will initially undergo one year of On-the-Job Training (OJT). After successful completion of training, candidates will be regularized at E2 level in the same pay scale.
