BCPL Recruitment 2026: Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL), a Government of India Enterprise, has released Advertisement No. BCPL-NE/06/2026 for recruitment to various Non-Executive posts. The notification includes vacancies for Foreman, Junior Superintendent, Operator, Technician, and PwBD trainee posts.

Educational Qualification:

Foreman (Chemical):

Candidates must have a Diploma in Engineering in Chemical, Petrochemical, Chemical Technology or Petrochemical Technology with at least 55% marks. They must also possess 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

Foreman (Civil):

Applicants must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks and 2 years of post-qualification experience.

Junior Superintendent (Human Resources):

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree along with a Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations, with at least 50% marks in each qualification. Computer proficiency is also required, along with 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Foreman (Instrumentation):

A Diploma in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical & Instrumentation, Electronics or Electrical & Electronics with at least 55% marks is required. Candidates also need 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Operator (Chemical):

Candidates must have either:

• B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 50% marks, or
• B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry with at least 50% marks.

A minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience is required.

Technician (Electrical):

Candidates must have Matriculation plus ITI Tradesmanship/National Apprenticeship Certificate in Electrical or Wireman Trade, along with 2 years of post-qualification experience.

Technician (Instrumentation):

Candidates should have Matriculation plus ITI/National Apprenticeship Certificate in Instrumentation trade and 2 years of post-qualification experience.

Technician (Mechanical):

Applicants must have Matriculation plus ITI/National Apprenticeship Certificate in Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Machinist or Turner trade with 2 years post-qualification experience.

Qualification for PwBD Trainee Posts:

For Operator (Chemical) Trainee, candidates need B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or B.Sc. Honours in Chemistry with a minimum of 50% marks. For Technician (Mechanical) Trainee, Matric plus ITI/NAC in Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Machinist or Turner trade is required. For Accounts Assistant Trainee, candidates must possess B.Com with a minimum of 50% marks and English typing speed of at least 40 w.p.m. on a computer. These posts carry a stipend of ₹21,000 per month during the minimum one-year training period.

Age Relaxation

BCPL provides age relaxation as follows:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (NCL): 3 years
• PwBD General/EWS: 10 years
• PwBD OBC (NCL): 13 years
• PwBD SC/ST: 15 years
• Eligible Jammu & Kashmir domiciled candidates: 5 years
• Ex-servicemen: as per the conditions specified in the notification

The maximum upper age after all applicable relaxations cannot exceed 56 years.

Salary:

The pay scales are:

Selected regular candidates will initially be placed on one-year probation. Apart from basic pay, employees may receive IDA, perquisites at 35% of basic pay, North-East allowance at 10% of basic pay where applicable, HRA, medical benefits, PRMS and Defined Contribution Pension Scheme benefits as per company rules.

Application Fee:

• Candidates belonging to General, EWS and OBC (NCL) categories must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹200.
• SC, ST and PwBD candidates are exempted from paying the application fee, subject to production of the prescribed certificates.

Selection Process:

The exact process will be communicated to eligible candidates. BCPL may conduct a single-stage or multiple-stage selection process and may also raise the minimum eligibility standard for shortlisting if a large number of applications are received.

Eligible candidates must submit their application online through the official website of Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL). No other mode of application will be accepted. Candidates are allowed to apply for only one post under Advertisement No. BCPL-NE/06/2026.

Follow these steps:

1. Visit the official BCPL website at www.bcplonline.co.in and open the Careers section.
2. Find the recruitment notice for Non-Executive Posts – Advertisement No. BCPL-NE/06/2026.
3. Open the online application link and complete the registration process.
4. Fill in the application form carefully with your personal, educational, category and experience details.
5. Upload a recent passport-size photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format below 50 KB. Also upload required documents such as proof of age, category certificate, qualification certificates and experience certificates in JPG/PDF format up to 200 KB.
6. Pay the applicable application fee online. General, EWS and OBC (NCL) candidates have to pay ₹200, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.
7. Review all details carefully before final submission, as incorrect or incomplete applications may be rejected.
8. Submit the application and download the system-generated Pay-in Slip and Registration Slip containing the unique registration number.
9. Keep a copy of the submitted online application form for future reference. There is no need to send a hard copy of the application form to BCPL.
