Qualification and Experience:
Resource Person (RP):
- Graduate in any discipline and have a Special B.Ed. with a valid RCI CRR number. Or
- Graduate in any discipline with a minimum one-year diploma in Special Education /Audiology & Speech Therapy/DHLS with valid RCI CRR number/Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy.
- Candidates must have a Minimum of 5 years of working experience in any Govt. Organization/NGO working in the field of disability/SSA/DPEP.
- Must be Computer Literate and proficient in MS Office.
Additional Resource Person (ARP):
- The minimum educational qualification for IE (Inclusive Education) Additional Resource Person must be a Graduate of a Recognized University and
- The candidate must have the special qualification of a minimum 1 year Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with a valid RCI CRR number.
- Candidates must have a Minimum of 3 years of working experience in any Govt. Organization/NGO working in the field of disability/ SSA/DPEP.
- Female candidates with a disability & siblings of a disabled person or a person having a child with a disability and having requisite qualifications will be given priority.
Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP):
- The minimum educational qualification for IE (Inclusive Education) Assistant Additional Resource Person must be a Graduate from a Recognized University and
- The candidate must have special qualifications like 1 (One) Yr. Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with a valid RCI CRR number.
- Candidates have working experience in any Govt. Organization/NGO working in the field of disability/ SSA/DPEP.
- Female candidates with a disability & siblings of a disabled person or a person having a child with a disability and having requisite qualifications will be given priority.
Age Limit:
The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as of 01-01-2023.
