- Master’s degree in Language/Education from UGC recognized university.
- Proficiency in Assamese and English, written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer application (MS Office Word, Excel, PPT, internet, etc.)
Consultant of FLN at State PMU (Numeracy):
- Master’s degree in Mathematics from UGC recognized university.
- Proficiency in Assamese and English, written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer application (MS Office word Excel, PPT, internet, etc.)
Data Analyst of FLN at State PMU:
- MCA from AICTE recognized institution/BE from AICTE recognized institution. (OR) Master’s degree in Statistics/Econometrics from UGC recognized university.
- Proficiency in Assamese and English, written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer application (SPSS software, MS Office Word, Excel, PPT, internet, etc.)

- In the case of District level PMU, Samagra Shiksha will be the final authority to decide the allotment of the workplace after selection (excluding Karbi Anglong and West Karbi Anglong).
