Qualification:
Assistant Engineer:
- Assistant Engineer (Civil):- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from any institute recognized by AICTE.
- Assistant Engineer (Mechanical):- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from any institute recognized by AICTE,
- Assistant Engineer (Electrical): B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from any institute recognized by AICTE.
- Assistant Engineer (Chemical): B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from any institute recognized by AICTE.
Junior Engineer:
- Junior Engineer (Civil): 3 (Three) years Diploma in Civil Engineering from any institute recognized by AICTE.
- Junior Engineer (Mechanical): 3 (three) years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any institute recognized by AICTE.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): 3 (three) years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any institute recognized by AICTE.
- Junior Engineer (Chemical): 3 (three) years Diploma in Chemical Engineering from any institute recognized by AICTE.
Scale of Pay:
Pay scale + Grade Pay + Other allowances as admissible to the Assam State Government employees from time to time (per month).
Assistant Engineer:
