NHIDCL SSGS Recruitment 2026: The National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) has released Hiring Notice No. 07/2026 inviting online applications for 100 Associate posts under the State Specific Graduate Scheme (SSGS). This recruitment is intended to engage talented Civil Engineering graduates to support NHIDCL infrastructure projects in the North Eastern Region, Hilly States, Border Areas, and other strategic locations across India. Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

• Graduation in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Degree must be obtained from:
  • IITs,
  • NITs, or
  • Institutions ranked among the Top 100 Engineering Institutes in NIRF Rankings (for the year of graduation or the preceding year).
• Final-year students who are likely to complete graduation before joining are also eligible to apply.

Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Age Limit

As of the date of advertisement:

• Maximum Age: 30 Years

Salary

Selected candidates will receive:

• ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month

The remuneration is offered as consultancy fees under the contractual engagement.

Job Tenure

• Initial engagement: 2 years
• Extendable by 1 year
• Maximum tenure: 3 years (2+1 years) based on performance and organisational requirements.

Domicile Requirement

Applicants can apply only for vacancies in the State/UT of which they are a domicile holder.

Special Provision:

• For Andaman & Nicobar Islands, candidates from other States/UTs may also apply if sufficient eligible local candidates are unavailable. Preference will still be given to domicile candidates.
