Qualification & Experience For ASRLMS Recruitment 2022:

Project Manager (Social Development, Knowledge Management & Communication):

  • Post-Graduate degree
  • 5+ years post qualification experience in the social/community development sector out of which 1 year should be in Knowledge Management & Communication.

Project Manager (Non-Farm Livelihoods):

  • Post-Graduate degree
  • 5+ years post qualification relevant experience in the social/community development sector, out of which at least 1 year should be in Non-Farm Livelihoods.

Project Manager (HR):

  • Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources/ MBA (HR)
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience in the Social/ Community development sector out of which at least I year should be in HR management. OR
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience in HR management.

Project Executive (Management Information System):

  • MCA/ MSc-IT or BE- Computer Science/ B. TechComputer Science
  • 3+ years post-qualification experience in MIS-related works in Govt./Private sector. Candidates with experience in documentation, reporting, data analysis, and online monitoring activities in Social/Community Development projects, and working knowledge of data management software will be given preference.

Project Executive (Monitoring & Evaluation):

  • MCA/ MSc-IT or BE- Computer Science/ B. TechComputer Science
  • 3+ years post qualification experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) related works in Govt. / Private sector. Candidates with experience in documentation. reporting. data analysis and online monitoring activities in Social/ Community Development projects, working knowledge of data management software will be given preference.

Project Assistant (Livelihoods & Marketing):

  • Post Graduate Degree.
  • 2+ years post-qualification experience in the relevant domain.

District Project Manager:

  • Post-Graduate degree.
  • 3+ years post-qualification experience in the social/ community development sector, out of which at least I year should be in a relevant domain like Social Mobilisation. Institution Building & Capacity Building, Financial Inclusion, Livelihoods & Marketing, Skills & Placement, etc.

District Functional Expert (Livelihoods & Marketing):

  • Post-Graduate degree.
  • 2+ years post-qualification experience in the social/ community development sector.

District Functional Expert (Financial Inclusion):

  • Post-Graduate degree.
  • 2+ years post-qualification experience in the social/ community development sector.

District Functional Expert (Non-Farm Livelihoods):

  • Post-Graduate degree.
  • 2+ years post-qualification experience in the social/ community development sector.

District Functional Expert (Social Mobilization, Institution Building & Capacity Building):

  • Post-Graduate degree.
  • 2+ years post-qualification experience in the social/ community development sector.

Block Project Manager:

  • Post-Graduate Degree
  • 2+ years post-qualification experience in the social/ community development sector.

District Accounts Manager:

  • Post-Graduate degree in Commerce/ CAl ICWA
  • 2+ years post qualification experience in Finance/ Accounts related works in Govt./Private sector. Candidates having experience working in Projects Schemes funded by World Bank/ Gol or Social/ Community development projects will be preferred.

District MIS Manager:

  • MCA/ MSc-IT or BE- Computer Science/ B. TechComputer Science
  • 2+ years post-qualification experience in MIS-related work in Govt./ Private sector. Candidates having experience in documentation, reporting, data analysis, and online monitoring activities in Social/Community development projects, and working knowledge of data management software will be preferred.

Block Coordinator:

  • Graduate.
  • 1 + years post-qualification experience in the social/ community development sector.

Block Accountant:

  • Graduate degree in Commerce
  • 1+ years post qualification experience in Finance/ Accounts related works in Govt./Private sector. Candidates having experience in working in project Schemes funded by World Bank/ Col or Social/ Community development sector projects will be preferred.

Block MIS Executive:

  • BCA/ B.Sc.-IT or BE- Computer Science/ B. Tech Computer Science
  • 1 + years post qualification experience in MIS-related works in Govt./ Private sector. l Working knowledge of data management lsoft*a.e will be desirable.

Chief Operating Officer (Skills):

  • Post-Graduate degree
  • 10+ years post qualification relevant experience in the social/ community development sector, out of which at least 3 years should be on Skill development and placement projects of considerable size and scale.

State Project Manager (PIA Coordination & Development):

  • Post-Graduate degree
  • 7+ years post qualification relevant experience in the social /community development sector, out of which at least 2 years should be on Skill development and placement projects of considerable size and scale.

State Project Manager (Coordination with State Skill Mission and other State Skilling Initiatives):

  • Post-Graduate degree
  • 7+ years post qualification relevant experience in the social /community development sector, out of which at least 2 years should be on Skill development and placement projects of considerable size and scale.

  • Minimum 5 years Post qualification Experience in a large size livelihood development project or in a reputed industry at the middle management level, responsible for the development of training materials, and manuals for Staff, community resource persons, and community for livelihoods activities, of which minimum 3 years should be in development and implementation of training and capacity building programs.

Project Executive-Model Cluster Level Federations (CLF):

  • Post-Graduate degree
  • 3+ years post qualification experience in the Social/Community development sector out of which at least I year should be in domains like Institution Building of Community Federations, Capacity Building, Social Development, etc.

Young Professional:

  • Post-Graduate degree in Rural Development Management Master in Social work
  • 0-2 years post-qualification experience.
