Hospital Administrator – Medical College & Hospitals:

The Hospital Administrator will work under the Superintendent of the Medical College & Hospital, driving hospital governance, operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and accreditation processes (NQAS/NABH).

Key responsibilities include budget oversight, revenue cycle management, HMIS implementation, biomedical waste compliance, committee coordination, and patient grievance redressal systems.

Eligibility:

• Master’s in Hospital/Health Administration or Management, or MBA in Hospital/Health Management, with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
• BDS/BHMS/BAMS graduates with the above qualification get added preference
• Age limit: up to 35 years as of 01/01/2025

Salary: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month (consolidated)

IPA Manager – Medical College & Hospitals and District Hospitals:

The IPA Manager supports Internal Performance Agreement (IPA) activities, quality certification initiatives like NQAS, MusQan, and LaQshya, and assists with DNB training coordination at district and medical college hospitals.

• Master’s in Hospital/Health Administration or MBA in Hospital/Health Management

Salary: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month (consolidated, with 30% enhancement on last drawn salary where applicable)

Finance Specialist – Medical Colleges & Hospitals:

This role supports budgeting, financial reporting, fund management, audit coordination, and internal control systems for medical colleges and hospitals under the ASSIST Project.

Eligibility:

• CA Intermediate (IPCC)/ICWA/CMA with 3 years post-qualification experience, OR
• M.Com/MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management
• Age limit: up to 45 years as of 01/01/2025

Salary: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 60,000 per month (consolidated)

Contract Management & Procurement Expert (CMPE) – ASTHA Project:

A senior-level position within the Project Management Unit, the CMPE manages procurement activities under ADB regulations, including bidding documents, contract negotiations, e-procurement systems, and audit compliance. The role extends to medical college hospitals and other externally aided projects in the health sector.

Eligibility:

• B.E./B.Tech in any engineering discipline, or a Master’s in Management (MBA – Finance/Administration/Procurement/Logistics)
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in contract management/procurement, with 3 years in ADB/World Bank/externally aided projects desirable
• PDPP/CPPP certification preferred
• Age limit: up to 55 years as of 01/01/2026

Salary: Rs. 1,50,000 – Rs. 1,80,000 per month (consolidated)

IT Technical Expert – Regional College of Nursing (NNF Project):

This role supports the digital library, e-library, and production studio at the Regional College of Nursing, Guwahati, under the Novo Nordisk Foundation–backed Centre of Excellence in Nursing (CoEN) initiative.

Eligibility:

• M.Sc. IT / MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science from a recognized institution
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Age limit: up to 45 years as of 01/04/2025

Salary: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 60,000 per month (consolidated)
