NCERT Recruitment 2020, an apex organization for Educational Research, Teacher Training, and Development of Curriculum and Instructional material in school education, invites online applications for filling up following 266 academic positions (Group’A’) under direct recruitment through the interview, for its constituent units all over India. These posts are transferable amongst the constituent units of the Council located at Ajmer, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Mysore, Shillong, and Delhi.

Salary Details
Professor: Academic level 14 with rationalized entry pay of Rs. 1,44,200/- (Pre-revised scale of pay: Rs.37, 400-67,000 with AGP-10,000).
Associate Professor: Academic level 13A with rationalized entry pay of Rs. 1,31,400/- (Pre-revised scale of pay: Rs.37, 400-67,000 with AGP-9,000).
Assistant Professor: Academic level 10 with rationalized entry pay of Rs.57,700/- (Pre-revised scale of pay: Rs.15,600-39,100 with AGP-6,000).
Librarian: Academic level 14 with rationalized entry pay of Rs. 1,44,200/- (Pre-revised scale of pay: Rs.37,400-67,000 with AGP-10,000).
Assistant Librarian: Academic level 10 with rationalized entry pay of Rs.57,700/- (Pre-revised scale of pay: Rs.15, 600-39,100 with AGP-6,000).
Qualification Details
Professor: M.A. in Psychology/Ph.D. in Psychology/NET in Psychology

Assistant Professor: M.A. in Psychology/M.Ed or M.A. (Education)/NET in Education/Psychology/Ph.D. in Education/NET in Education
Librarian: Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/Documentation Science
Assistant Librarian: Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/Documentation Science
Application fee: Applicants {UR (Male)/OBC (Male)/EWS (Male)}are required to pay a fee of Rs.1000/- through online payment mode. No application fee for SC/ST/PWD/Women.
