Qualification & Experience:
Assistant-I (Marketing & Sales):
- Graduate from a recognized institute/University.
- 1 to 3 years in Sales & Distribution preferably from FMCG/Dairy products industry
Assistant-I (Dairy):
- Minimum ITI pass in Refrigeration trade/ Electrical trade/ Fitter trade/ 2nd class Boiler license holder.
- 2-3 years of work experience preferably in ammonia-based refrigeration systems/2-3 years of work experience in dairy or food industries or any processing-related industries. Freshers having qualifications in relevant fields may also apply.
Assistant-I (Cattle Feed Plant):
- Minimum ITI pass in Mechanical trade/ Electrical trade/ Fitter trade.
- 3 years of work experience in cattle feed plant/ dairy/ food industries or any processing-related industries.
Assistant-I (Logistics In-charge):
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehousing / Logistics
Executive (Marketing & Sales):
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably a post-graduate degree (Business Administration) specialization in Marketing (S&D).
- Must have 5 years experience for Graduate/3 years’ experience for Post Graduate in the field of marketing & sales market research (preferably in dairy/ food products)
- Must have experience in using Internet-based applications, using and working with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and other related applications.
Sr. Executive (Marketing & Sales):
- Graduate in any discipline with preferable post-graduate degree/diploma/ training in the field of Marketing.
- Must have 7 years experience as a Graduate / 5 years experience as Post Graduate in the field of sales and distribution, with a minimum of 3 years experience in the Frozen business /Ice cream business at the Executive Level or higher.
- Must have experience in using Internet-based applications, using and working with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and other related applications.
Age Limit:
Not above 28 to 35 years as of 1st January 2023. However, a relaxation of up to 2 years may be given in case of extraordinary/ outstanding candidates.
