Qualifications:
Director:
- MBBS, MD/MS or DM/MCH in any medical speciality/Super speciality,
- Thirteen years of experience in the relevant specialities.
- Experience in Organ Donation and procurement at the supervisory level.
- Participation in various global/regional/country meetings/symposiums/workshops on Organ procurement and transplantation especially on cadaveric donation issues.
Joint Director (Technical):
- MBBS, MD/MS or DM/MCH in any medical speciality/Super speciality with Six years experience in the speciality for non-teaching Cadre & Thirteen years for GDO cadre.
- Experience in Organ Donation and procurement at the supervisory level.
- Participation in various global/regional/country meetings/symposiums/workshops on Organ procurement and transplantation especially on cadaveric donation issues.
Consultant (IEC, Publication & Media):
- Postgraduate in Mass Communication/Journalism with sufficient experience of handling Mass Media division in a Govt. Setup/Public Sector Undertaking,
Consultant (Research Publication and data Management, Statistics):
- Postgraduate in Medical/Public Health/Medical Statistics/ Social Science with sufficient experience of research and data management in a Govt. Setup/PSU/Non-Govt. Organization/ Hospital.
Transplant Coordinator:
- Graduate of any recognized system of medicine; or Nurse; or Bachelor’s degree in Health Science or in any subject and preferably post-graduate in Social Science with experience and background of Social Science preferably with sufficient training in Tissue Banking. Persons with previous work experience of working in the Tissue Bank will be preferred.
Programme Assistant or Data Entry Operator:
- Graduate from a recognized university
- Diploma in Computer Proficiency from a Govt. recognized institute for one year.
