Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

1. Executive (Procurement-BME)

Candidates must possess either:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Instrumentation / Bio-Medical Engineering / Medical Electronics from a government-recognized institution or university, along with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement of medical equipment in a Government/Semi-Government organization; or
• Diploma in the above relevant discipline with at least 5 years’ experience in procurement of medical equipment in a Government/Semi-Government organization.

Experience in procurement through GeM and e-Tender is desirable. Candidates should also have high proficiency in written and spoken English and working knowledge of MS Office.

2. Executive (Procurement-Drugs)

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy from a government-recognized institution with at least 3 years’ experience in procurement of drugs in a Government or Semi-Government organization; or
• Diploma in Pharmacy with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.

Experience in GeM/e-Tender procurement is desirable. English and MS Office proficiency are also required.

3. Executive (Quality Control)

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Bachelor of Science or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy/Science from a government-recognized institution with at least 3 years’ experience in Quality Control in a pharmaceutical company or drug testing laboratory; or
• Diploma in Pharmacy with at least 5 years’ Quality Control experience in a pharmaceutical company or drug testing laboratory.

Candidates must also possess English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Age Limit for Executive Posts

Candidates applying for Executive posts should be up to 45 years of age as on 1 January 2026.

The maximum age relaxation specified in the advertisement is:

• SC/ST – 5 years
• OBC/MOBC – 3 years
• PwD – 10 years

Senior Finance Controller Eligibility

Candidates applying for the Senior Finance Controller position should meet either of the following requirements:

• A retired AFS Officer who held a position not below the rank of Financial Advisor/Senior Financial Advisor/Director Finance before retirement, preferably Senior Financial Advisor/Director Finance; or

Senior Finance Controller Age Limit
