Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria are calculated as of 01 September 2026. Candidates must possess qualifications from institutions/universities recognized by the Government of India, government bodies or AICTE, as applicable.

Graduation in any discipline, and any one of the following valid certifications:
- IC 38 from Insurance Institute of India
- NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination
- NISM Series XXI-A: Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Distributors Certification Examination
- NISM Series V-D: Mutual Fund – Specialised Investment Fund Distributors Certification Examination
Preferred Qualification
A 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management or MBA in Finance/Marketing/Banking is preferred.
Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales of Wealth Products with leading:
- Public Sector Banks
- Private Sector Banks
- Foreign Banks
- Broking/Securities Firms
- Asset Management Companies
- Wealth Management Companies in India
Credit Analyst – C&IC:-
Candidates must possess:
- Graduation in any discipline, and
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
Experience
Candidates must have at least 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
Experience in Corporate Credit will be preferred.

Salary:
Selected candidates will be appointed in JMG/S-I or MMG/S-II depending on the post.
Wealth Executive – JMG/S-I
Basic pay scale starts at approximately:
₹48,480 and progresses up to ₹85,920, as per the applicable pay scale.
Credit Analyst – C&IC – MMG/S-II
Basic pay scale starts at approximately:
₹64,820 and progresses up to ₹93,960, as applicable.
In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will be entitled to applicable allowances, perquisites and other benefits according to Bank of Baroda policies and banking-sector settlements.
Probation Period
Selected candidates will remain on probation for 12 months (1 year) of active service from the date of joining Bank of Baroda.
Service Bond
Candidates selected for both posts are required to execute a service bond.

Negative Marking
There will be a penalty for incorrect answers. 0.25 marks assigned to a question will be deducted for each wrong answer. No penalty will be imposed for unanswered questions.
Personal Interview Qualifying Marks
The minimum qualifying marks in the Personal Interview are:
- General/EWS: 60%
- Other Reserved Categories: 55%
The Bank, however, reserves the right to modify the minimum qualifying criteria.

Wealth Executive
Major responsibilities include:
- Acquiring and onboarding Affluent, HNI and UHNI customers.
- Building long-term customer relationships.
- Promoting wealth-management products and services.
- Increasing product penetration and Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Mutual Fund and SIP mobilisation.
- Life and Health Insurance business.
- Deepening existing customer portfolios.
- Promoting digital wealth platforms.
- Maintaining KYC, AML and other compliance requirements.
- Providing high-quality customer service and resolving customer queries.
- Following ethical selling practices and regulatory guidelines.
Credit Analyst – C&IC
Major responsibilities include:
- Credit appraisal of existing corporate customers.
- Credit appraisal of new corporate customers.
- Coordinating with Relationship Managers.
- Supporting acquisition of new corporate customers.
- Supporting cross-selling of ancillary business.
- Maintaining corporate accounts.
- Ensuring compliance in corporate accounts.
- Handling audit, inspection and account monitoring.
- Performing other responsibilities assigned by the Bank.
