Job Responsibilities
The Wellness Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Providing immediate psychological first aid during emergencies.
- Coordinating counselling services.
- Monitoring critical student cases.
- Organizing wellness campaigns and workshops.
- Maintaining counselling reports.
- Coordinating with faculty, wardens, psychologists, doctors, and student welfare teams.
- Supporting campus mental health initiatives.
- Maintaining confidentiality of student records.
Working Conditions
- 5-day work week
- Shift Duty:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- OR
- 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- On-call availability during emergencies
- Campus accommodation may be provided when required
- Compensatory leave for weekend duties
