- B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering in any discipline.
- SAP HCM Certification mandatory.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

- Graduate with a PG Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism.
- Minimum 7 years of experience.
Executive (Civil)
- Full-time Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience requirements range from 1 to 7 years, depending on the post level.
Executive (Security)
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in the Armed Forces or Police Organizations.
Executive (Law)
- Full-time LLB Degree.
- Relevant legal practice or PSU/Government experience.
Executive (Safety)
- Engineering Degree with Industrial Safety qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in safety management.
Executive (Finance)
- CA/CMA/MBA (Finance).
- Experience requirements vary by post.
Executive (Medical)
- MBBS with registration under the Medical Council.
