SCERT Assam D El Ed Admission 2026 notification has been released for admission to the 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.). Course for the academic session 2026–2028. Eligible candidates who are permanent residents of Assam can apply online and appear in the Pre-Entry Test (PET) 2026.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary (HS) / 10+2 from a recognized Board or Council with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
Marks secured in the optional, extra or fourth subject will not be counted in the aggregate percentage.
Relaxation in Marks:

Admit Card:
Candidates have to download their PET 2026 Admit Card from the official website, scertpet.co.in.
The admit card will be available from 05 July 2026 onwards.
PET 2026 Exam Venue:
The venue for the Pre-Entry Test PET 2026 will be allotted in the district selected by the candidate during the online application process.
The exam venue will be mentioned on the admit card. Seats will be allotted to selected candidates in Teacher Education Institutes of the district where the candidate chooses to appear for PET 2026.
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on the Pre-Entry Test PET 2026. Candidates who qualify in the PET will be considered for admission into the 2-Year D.El.Ed course in recognized Teacher Education Institutes of Assam.
