Retired ONGC executives from the Drilling and Production disciplines can attend the walk-in interview on 25 May 2026 in Jorhat, Assam.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Candidates must be:

• Retired ONGC executives from the E4 to the E5 level
• From the drilling or Production discipline
• Having at least 5 years of experience in:
  • Workover Operations
  • Drilling Field Operations
  • Surface Installations

Applicants should possess relevant qualifications and operational experience related to ONGC drilling and production activities.

Age Limit:

Candidates must be below 64 years at the time of engagement.

Salary:

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of: ₹88,000 Per Month

Salary Structure:

Important Note:

• 80% of the monthly honorarium will be paid monthly.
• Remaining 20% will be paid after performance assessment and completion of assigned tasks.

ONGC PMIS Consultant Roles & Responsibilities:

Selected Associate Consultants will:

• Mentor interns under the PM Internship Scheme (PMIS)
• Monitor and assess interns
• Maintain daily attendance records
• Coordinate PPE kits and logistics
• Arrange stay and food support for interns
• Submit reports to ONGC authorities
