Qualification & Experience:

• Junior Administrative Assistant cum Program Assistant:
  • Candidate must be a graduate in Computer Science or related subject, from a Government-recognised institution only, having a minimum 50% marks in 10th, 50% in 12th and 50% in graduation.
  • For the candidate having MCA or equivalent qualification from a Govt. recognized institute, extra marks, up to a maximum of 10, will be awarded during the selection process.
  • For the candidates having work experience in the relevant field in any Govt or Govt. Undertaking offices, extra marks, up to a maximum of 10, will be awarded during the selection process. E.g., for experience of 5 years, 5 marks will be awarded. Experience of less than 1 year will not be considered.
• Junior Administrative Assistant cum Accounts Assistant:
  • Candidate must be a graduate in Commerce from a Government-recognised institution only, having a minimum 50% marks in 10th, 50% in 12th and 50% in graduation.
  • Candidates having a CA inter passing certificate will be awarded extra marks of 10 during the selection process.
  • For the candidates having work experience in the relevant field in any Govt or Govt. Undertaking offices, extra marks, up to a maximum of 10, will be awarded during the selection process. E.g., for experience of 5 years, 5 marks will be awarded. Experience of less than 1 year will not be considered.

Age Limit:

• The candidate should be less than 21 years and more than 38 years of age on 01.01.2026.
• Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxed
  • by 5 years for SC/STP/STH candidates, i.e. up to 43 years.
  • by 3 years for OВС/МОВC candidates, i.e. up to 41 years

Selection Process:

• One Common Recruitment Test 2026 (CRT 2026) will be conducted for all the successfully applied candidates. Modalities of the Test will be notified later on.
• Based on the Common Recruitment Test and marks awarded as per the criteria laid down in the advertisement, candidates will be shortlisted for the further selection process.
• Further selection process will include Document Verification, Skill test and Computer Test/Tally Test.
