Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in child development/Early Childhood care and Education/ psychology/ Education/Social sciences/Development studies from a recognised university.
- B.Ed. from any recognized university
- Degree / Diploma in pre-primary education from any recognised university or reputed national-level organisation.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in development or social sector projects, with demonstrated ability to work in mission-mode initiatives.
- Prior experience in mission-mode early childhood care or education projects will be considered an added advantage.
- Out of the total experience, at least 4 years of direct, relevant experience in managing projects related to pre-primary education, or the foundational stage of schooling.
- Strong conceptual understanding of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework for the Foundational Stage (NCF-FS).
- Hands-on experience in child-centric pedagogy programs, with exposure to teacher training, program management, procurement, and community development initiatives.
- Proven expertise in MS Office.
- Experience in policy analysis, research report preparation, and data-driven decision-making.
