Special Reservation:
One seat is reserved for Physically Handicapped / Orthopaedically Handicapped candidates with locomotor disability of 40% to 50% of the lower extremity. Also, 6 seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the Digboi Legislative Constituency (DLC), subject to valid supporting documents.
Course Details
The B.Sc Nursing course will be a full-time regular course for a duration of 4 years. Students will get admission to Assam Oil College of Nursing, which is affiliated with Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Guwahati. The course is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed 12th Standard / 10+2 with Science and must fulfil the following conditions:

Selection Process
Selection for IOCL B.Sc Nursing Admission 2026 will be based on the following stages:
- Online application with CEE 2026 Roll Number
- Marks obtained in CEE 2026
- Weightage marks of Income Certificate
- Document verification
- Medical examination
Only 30 eligible candidates meeting the required criteria will be called for document verification, followed by a medical examination.
Tie-breaking Rule
If two or more candidates have the same total marks, merit will be decided in the following order:

After passing the course, candidates will be engaged for 1 year as working interns at AOD Hospital or any other hospital of Indian Oil Corporation Limited. This internship may be extended by a maximum of 2 years at the discretion of IOCL AOD.
During the internship, candidates will receive Rs. 16,250/- per month at AOD Hospital. If posted at other IOCL hospitals, they will receive an additional Rs. 1,000/- per month.

Income Certificate
Candidates must submit an income certificate for Financial Year 2025–26. The certificate must be issued by a competent Revenue Authority not below the rank of Circle Revenue Inspector or any other competent authority authorised to issue such a certificate. The certificate must be issued on or after 01 April 2026. An affidavit for income proof will not be accepted.
