Qualification:
- Degree Examination in any discipline from a recognized university. candidates from a commerce background with good knowledge of Accounts and Tally will be given, preference.
- He/she must have a good working knowledge of office productivity software tools (independent) of any operating system i.e. MS Windows, Linux, Mac, etc such as,
- Word Processor,
- Spreadsheet,
- Presentation Graphics,
- Concept of Database,
- Internet,
- E-mail.

Slection Process:
Stage-1:-
- Written Examination (Objective type multiple choices) for 120 marks of 2 hours duration on OMR answer scripts testing the English proficiency (20 mark), General Knowledge (1o marks), General Aptitude and Reasoning (20 marks), Domain knowledge i.e. relating to Accounting, etc. (5o marks) as well as knowledge of Assamese language (20 marks).
- The Assamese language segment will be of qualifying nature and candidates securing at least 40% marks i.e. 8 out of 20 marks in the Assamese language segment shall be treated as qualified to appear in the Interview/viva -voce.
Stage-2:-
Viva voce/Interuiew of 15 marks. Candidates in the ratio of 1:3 (3 candidates for 1 post) will be called to appear in the interview.
