Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification & Experience:
Full Time/Part Time Assistant Teacher:
Master Degree in concerned subject with B.Ed. and Higher Secondary TET qualified.
Preference: Experience in teaching in UP/HS/HSS level.
On non availability of Higher Secondary TET qualified candidate.
Master degree in (subject) with B.Ed.
Preference Experience in teaching in UP/HS/HSS level
Assistant Teacher- Non โ Residential:
Graduate in concerned Subject (Hon.) from recognized university with qualified in Upper Primary TET (Social Science/ Science & Maths) and having B. Ed.
Preference: Experience in teaching in LP/UP/H.S. level.
Age Limit:
Below 45 years as on 1st July, 2025. Relaxation of upper age limit will be applicable for SC, ST (P), ST ( H), OBC & PH candidates as per Govt. of Assam norms.
How to Apply:
One candidate can apply for one position only.
Application to be submitted in Prescribe Format as given below as annexure โ I along with self-attested all relevant documents /Passport size Photograph to the District Mission Co-ordinator, SSA, Nagaon during office hours on or before 06/01/2026. Incomplete application without relevant documents will be summarily rejected.
List of shortlisted candidates with date, venue & time of Verification cum interview will be circulated on the office Notice Board by the District Mission Co-ordinator, SSA, Nagaon on 16.01.2026 after 2.00 pm. The Shortlisted candidates will have to appear in the verification cum interview on the date & time to be fixed for this purpose with all original testimonials. No separate call letters will be issued.
